purpose: Allows instructor to create new groups, modify initial conditions for each group, monitor the progress of the groups, and send messages to the chat window of any or all active groups.
access: To use the tool you must log in with the username "admin" and the proper secret password.
status: August 25, 2000 Mostly working okay but needs some bug checking. Also need to create the functionality for displaying more than one group at a time.
other features: To be added is a tool to "freeze" / "unfreeze" the action of any group to provide comunication during use of the game.
